Thanks to Serial Key Maker, I was able to quickly and easily implement a security feature in my software product so that it could only be installed on one machine per purchase. The user gets a message at installation time on where to send an e-mail to get their license key, along with the information to include in that e-mail, and all I do is verify the user purchased the product, run Serial Key Maker to generate their license key, and e-mail it back to them. It is a very easy system to implement and use.

This method was important for me because my program may be used on a machine that the user does not connect to the internet on. Therefore, none of the security programs on the market that verify the key via the internet would work. Besides all of those programs I found to be too complex and costly to implement.

Additionally, the functionality to limit the use by feature or limit the days the product will function makes it easy to create a demo version of the software so users can try the actual product before purchasing it. I believe that has increased the sales of my product.

I did a lot of looking before I decided on Serial Key Maker for use with my product. You can’t beat all the functionality, easy integration with your code, and ease of use for the consumer! I recommended it to another developer, and I will also be adding it to another program that I’m upgrading for a friend who also is concerned about piracy of her program.
